THE XIII Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to THE XIII products, you agree to the following terms:

    1.    Subscription Service

    •    You will receive recurring shipments of your selected products based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout.

    2.    Billing & Payments

    •    Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment.

    •    You authorize THE XIII to process recurring charges until you cancel.

    3.    Cancellations & Changes

    •    You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime through your account portal or by contacting us at info@thexiii.co .

    •    To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

    4.    Refunds & Returns

    •    Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed.

    •    We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription shipments unless the product is defective or damaged.

    5.    Shipping & Delivery

    •    Standard shipping rates apply unless stated otherwise.

    •    We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues.

    6.    Promotions & Discounts

    •    Discount codes apply to the first subscription order only unless stated otherwise.

    •    Subscription pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

    7.    Termination by THE XIII

    •    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse subscriptions at our discretion.
