At THE XIII Grooming, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is determined to have a manufacturer defect.
If you receive a product that appears to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact us at info@thexiii.co and include your proof of purchase along with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by THE XIII Grooming.
