We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a product is determined to have a verified manufacturer defect.

If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thexiii.co with proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence of the issue.

AIRBRUSH SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

The Enhance Pro Cordless Airbrush System must be properly cleaned after each use. Improper cleaning may cause clogging, spitting, inconsistent spray patterns, interrupted flow, or unintended spraying.

Issues caused by dried dye buildup or lack of maintenance are not considered manufacturer defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The compressor motor and battery are backed by a 1 year warranty against verified manufacturer defects under normal intended use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Clogging caused by dried dye or improper cleaning
• Spray inconsistencies caused by lack of maintenance
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
  

Before a replacement is approved, customers may be required to complete troubleshooting steps and provide video proof using water only.

THE XIII Grooming reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions above.
